KGN Pillinger has invested in the latest Laser Cutting and Press Brake machines for fabrication of all stainless steel components, providing precision engineering and bespoke products.
The Amada F0 MK2 Rotary Index Laser Cutter automatically pierces and cuts stainless steel tube, angle, box section and plate to exact size and specification whilst the HD Series Press Brake delivers 170 tonnes pressure to fold sheet metal with ease, capable of reliably processing a large mix of materials with accuracy and efficiency.
The purchase has come after initial investment in the latest T-drill collaring and flanging machines, and will propel KGN to the forefront of laser cutting innovation, driven by customer requirements and continuous product development.
“Both of these exciting machines enable us to maintain our policy of providing precision engineering and products to our customers, whilst forming new levels of productivity and efficiency,” said Jeff Norman, KGN Pillinger MD. “Our foresight to invest in the latest technology is one of the major reasons for our continued success.”
